Welcome to Crave Lake Tahoe, your premier caterer serving South Lake Tahoe, CA, and the surrounding area. My name is Alexis, and I am a classically French-trained chef that cooks all types of cuisines instead of focusing on just one. My mission is to provide guests with the best dining experience utilizing fresh, local ingredients. Eating as a private chef has provided me with a lot of insight and ideas on how to make delicious food that is good for you.

My culinary journey began at the French Culinary Institute in New York City and translated into me being a personal chef and caterer. I have had the honor and privilege of being a birthday party planner, grocery supplier, wedding private chef, corporate event planner, bachelorette party planner, personal shopper, and so much more. Being in the world of food has been a blessing that has allowed me to travel and further my knowledge and experience as a personal chef.
