Chef Alexis came over to do a private dinner for my family and me. She was incredible in every way. She was prompt, professional, and did "the little things" to elevate the experience. She was quick to respond and easy to communicate with the whole time. She was really accommodating and such a pleasure to be around. Her food was unbelievable! She far exceeded our expectations and will definitely be calling her next time we're in Lake Tahoe.

Alexis delivered the most exceptional catering experience I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I got married at an intimate, private ceremony, we then invited Alexis to cook a celebratory meal for the nine of us. With a broken oven in our rental house, Alexis calmly and expertly prepared a three course meal including an unbelievably creative watermelon salad, premier chimichurri steak, and a made from scratch (at our rental!) angel food cake. I’d expect a team of five would be needed to deliver the quality meal that Alexis did by herself. If you’re in the Tahoe area, I can’t imagine booking anyone else. She made our wedding day remarkable!

Alexis did a great job with our dinner party. She was very accommodating, nice, and was very organized. It was a pleasure to have her cooking at our rental home. We'd hire her again anytime.

My name is Josh Brooks.I am a resident of South Lake Tahoe,Ca and I wanted to make a post about Crave Tahoe and Chef Alexis.I wanted people to know what type of person Chef Alexis is.Recently,a dear friend of mine here in South Lake Tahoe told me that he had received terrible news about his wife of 51 years.She had recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer and was not going to return to their home due to the cancers advancement.My dear friend is confined to a wheelchair and has no capability to cook or to take care if himself.His wife had basically been his caregiver for the past few years.I spoke with Chef Alexis and told her of the situation and she in the middle of her full schedule with obligations all over the Tahoe area,took the time to cook for my friend as she would cook for clients to help him in this life changing event.She did this out of the kindness of her heart and refused to let anyone pay for not only her time,but also wouldn't allow us to even pay for the food.This is just one example of Chef Alexis'personality,character and just being a good person.I thought that she should be recognized for this when people are researching their events because on top of her fulfilling g all your needs for your special event,you will get one if the best people you will ever meet. We hired Alexis and Benjamin to cook for 25 women over a weekend in Tahoe...and lets just say everyone was BLOWN AWAY!!!! Not only was the quality and taste of the food AMAZING but they're attention to detail was at a level I have never seen with another caterer. We plan to use Alexis for many for special occasions coming up!

Alexis is more than just great food. She will provide you with the ultimate culinary experience! She is well trained and is a true master of her art. She puts her whole self into what she does and it shows. After catering for some of the biggest names and events in Las Vegas through a wildly successful catering company that she built from the ground up, she is now bringing her talents to the Tahoe/Reno area.
